DOF invests in and actively manages quality, well-located Australian properties in established markets to maximise their value and income growth. We grow rental income by attracting and retaining a diversified range of quality tenants on long leases with structured rental increases. Our tenants include well known brands such as Coles, Bank of Queensland, Westpac and Telstra. DOF’s current portfolio is diversified across five states, as follows:

NSW

68 Pitt Street, Sydney is a 24 level building situated in the heart of the CBD and benefits from natural light and proximity to bus and railway stations. 4-16 Montgomery Street, Kogarah is a purpose built complex leased to Westpac. Well positioned on the Sydney rail network, it features extensive office space, a bank branch and amenities. 169 Macquarie Street, Parramatta is a new A-grade building comprising 14 commercial floors and leased by Western Sydney University. 105 Phillip Street, Parramatta is within walking distance to major transportation and retail amenity and houses the NSW Government's Department of Education. 6 Hassall Street, Paramatta an A-grade building development which is due to be completed in 2021. Subject to approval, the property will comprise 22 levels of office accommodation.

Victoria

1 Nicholson Street, Melbourne is a glass facade skyscraper of 18 levels with views over Parliament Gardens. 200 Queen Street, Melbourne is an A-grade, 25 floor building located in the legal and financial precincts of Melbourne, attracting high calibre tenants. 800 Toorak Road, Hawthorn East is a six level complex leased to Coles Group with strong amenity and excellent transport connectivity.

South Australia

12-26 Franklin Street, Adelaide is an A-grade office building located in the city central precinct of Adelaide's CBD, with the Australian Taxation Office as the major tenant. 

Western Australia

181 St Georges Terrace, Perth in the heart of the premier address for financial activity in the Perth CBD, this building comprises a ground floor foyer, retail tenancies and six upper level floors of office space.
